Erratum: ATS/IDSA Statement: Diagnosis, Treatment, and Prevention of Nontuberculous Mycobacterial Diseases

From the Editor:

There were errors in the print version of the ATS/IDSA statement on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of nontuberculous mycobacterial diseases, published in the February 15 issue of AJRCCM (1). In Table 7 (page 394), the first dosage listed in the table [in the "Treatment" section, under the column on the left labeled "Preferred (A,I)"] should read "Clarithromycin 500 mg orally twice daily." In addition, near the bottom of the right column of the table, "Clarithromycing" is misspelled; it should appear as "Clarithromycin."
