AJRCCM Year in Review 2003 and 2004
Go directly to the articles.
In the Year in Review series, I have briefly summarized the key findings of every article published in AJRCCM in 2003 and 2004 and then categorized the summaries by subject matter.
- For readers, I hope that the concise summaries will help you stay abreast of advances over a broad range, making AJRCCM the journal you quote on rounds.
- For authors, I hope that the series will make it easier for you to emphasize the novelty of your work as compared with other recently published research.
- For reviewers, I hope the series will help you when judging the novelty of a manuscript submitted to AJRCCM.
The hypertext link in each summary enables a reader to return to the original article within seconds. And the links and the taxonomy allow you to organize your reading material into a virtual filing cabinet. For a more complete account of the function of the Year in Review series, please see the introductory Editorial.
Instructions: All summaries have been grouped into 21 main categories (Level 1). Clicking on the
symbol, at the left of the main category, brings you Level 2. A
at Level 2 means there is a third, and final, Level. A bold label in blue
indicates the final point of your search, and clicking on the blue writing brings you directly to the summaries.
